Asana Partners raises $750m for third fund

The Charlotte-based investment firm has secured $750m in investor capital for its third private real estate fund.

Asana Partners has raised $750 million for Asana Partners Fund III, according to a recent SEC filing. Having launched in September 2021, the fund is targeting $1.5 billion in investor commitments and has attracted investment from 21 LPs so far.

As with its predecessor, the fund will invest in the retail sector across the US, seeking value-add returns within high-growth walkable neighborhoods in the United States. The fund will target areas containing strong demographics, high educational attainment and above-average household income.
